Karen is amazing! I’ve not had my hearing checked in approx. 30 yrs & had no issues. It was time however, since I’ve developed tinnitus. I’d watched Karen in action with my husband & was impressed with her training & expertise. Her ability to explain details was easy to follow....

I could not imagine a better experience. Upon arrival moved immediately to Tec office. The procedure preformed on my hearing aids. New appointment card provided. Polite chit chat. My hearing is improved and now perfect !!!! Thank you. Bill

This was my first time visiting here. The atmosphere was so friendly and so was the receptionist Lisa and the audiologist Karen. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Wish I had known that I could have my ears cleaned here before I went to an ear, nose & throat...

Very good first visit. Didn't know what to expect. Couldn't have been treated any better. Very personable and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and more. Highly recommend you try for yourself

Received a free exam which finally got me to go! Been putting off & found that I DO need hearing aids. Karen was full of good information that I wasn’t aware of. I’m looking forward to my fitting & being able to hear clearly again
